Job Description:
Outpatient Therapist
This is a full-time role (15 hours per week, minimum). We are located in Greensburg, PA, part of the Greater Pittsburgh area. This role offers flexibility for remote/hybrid work. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment plants, providing mental health support, and maintaining accurate and timely client records.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
-Licensure as a therapist in the state of Pennsylvania (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or licensed psychologist)
-Strong Communication and Active listening skills
-Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach
-Knowledge of ethical and confidentiality guidelines
-Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team when necessary
-Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions (preferred)
