Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration 

SAMHSA’s National Helpline is a free, confidential, 24/7, 365-day-a-year treatment referral and information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders.

National Sexual Assault Hotline 

Whether you’re looking for support, information, advice, or a referral, the trained support specialists at  the helpline are ready to help. There is a chat feature on the website.

ChildHelp National Child Abuse Hotline 

The Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline Crisis counselors are here to support those concerned about or affected by child abuse and provide appropriate, individualized guidance for those that reach out. They can also help research additional resources that may be available. The hotline is staffed by live crisis counselors (not bots) who all have experience in working with child abuse, neglect, and maltreatment. Call, text, and chat options are available.

For individuals and families facing food insecurity or choosing between necessities to make ends meet, there’s hope. Through innovative food programs and a network of community resources, the food bank is working to win the fight against hunger by providing nutritious foods, comfort and confidence to our neighbors and friends throughout Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
