Introducing: Walk & Talk Therapy
Exercise is SO good for us - stress relief, better sleep, improved mental & physical health, increased energy, etc. But it can be so hard to find time to exercise. That's where the walking pads come in. Now, during your ession you have the option to walk instead of sit. You and Sean will still talk like always -- only now, you'll be moving at a slow, comfortable pace while you do so! It's therapy & movement, all in one!
Prefer to sit? No worries at all. This is just one way to personalize your experience at CCTS!
