Fall arrived to Suite117 today! I thought I'd take a few moments to share some autumn-themed journal ideas as we head into a new season:

•What sights, sounds, and smells remind you most of fall?

•How does the shift in seasons affect your mood or energy?

•Write about your perfect cozy autumn day from start to finish.

•Which fall tradition brings you the most joy, and why?

•How do you notice nature changing around you this time of year?

•What are three small things you’re grateful for today?

•Fall is often a season of harvest—what are you “harvesting” in your own life right now?

•What lessons did summer teach you that you’re carrying into fall?

•Write about a challenge you’ve faced this year and how you’ve grown from it.

•What do you want to let go of, like trees releasing their leaves?

•If your life were a fall-themed movie, what would the opening scene look like?

•Describe your favorite fall memory as vividly as possible.

•Create a list of fall-inspired affirmations (ex: “Like the leaves, I embrace change”).

•Imagine you’re a tree in autumn—what would you say about your season of change?

•What routines or rituals help you feel grounded as days get shorter?

•Which fall foods or drinks bring you comfort, and what memories are tied to them?

•Write a letter to yourself to read next fall.

•What intentions do you want to set before winter arrives?

•What goals do you want to focus on for the last few months of 2025?

•How does life look different from last fall?

•Are there any fall traditions you'd like to try this year?

•Reflect on the saying "fall is proof that change can be beautiful".

•How would you like for life to be different this time next year? What would have to be true for that vision to happen?
