It's almost Valentine's Day. No matter what your day looks like - single, partnered, married, or other, you are deserving of love, happiness, and kindness. Here are some affirmations to guide your day:
For self-love:
I am worthy of love.
My value is not defined by my relationship status.
I choose relationships that reflect my worth.
I offer myself the same kindness that I give others.
I am worthy of respect.
For couples:
We are learning how to love each other better, not perfectly.
Our relationship grows through honesty and effort.
We can repair after conflict.
Love is something we practice.
For emotional health, boundaries, healing and growth:
I am unlearning patterns that no longer serve me.
Love does not require me to abandon myself.
I am growing at my own pace.
Boundaries protect my relationships and my peace.
I am allowed to ask for what I need.
For the Single, Healing, or Complicated Hearts:
I am whole, with or without a partner.
This season of life deserves celebration.
I am open to love and relationships, in all their forms.
