Its the busiest time of the year! Don't forget to nurture yourself this season. Implement one idea per day for almost a month of self care!
Day 1: Do a 5-minute grounding exercise
Deep breaths, feet on the floor, and notice what’s around you.
Day 2: Declutter one small thing
A drawer, a corner, your phone’s home screen.
Day 3: Hydrate like it’s your job
Add lemon or a fun cup if it helps.
Day 4: Set a gentle boundary
Say no to one thing that drains you.
Day 5: Treat yourself to something cozy
Warm blanket, fuzzy socks, or a hot drink.
Day 6: Go outside for 10 minutes
Fresh air resets everything.
Day 7: Write down 3 things you’re proud of
Big or small — all of it counts.
Day 8: Plan a “you” night
A show you love, a bath, a book — low-pressure pleasure.
Day 9: Do a social media clean-out
Mute, unfollow, or limit time.
Day 10: Move your body in a way that feels good
Stretch, dance, walk — nothing intense needed.
Day 11: Make a joy playlist
Songs that lift your energy instantly.
Day 12: Do one thing future-you will thank you for
Prep something, tidy something, cancel something.
Day 13: Light a candle or diffuse a calming scent
Aromatherapy can shift mood quickly.
Day 14: Check in with your emotions
“What am I feeling? What do I need?”
Day 15: Do something creative for 15 minutes
Color, bake, craft, doodle.
Day 16: Nourish your body
Have a meal or snack that feels both comforting and energizing.
Day 17: Give yourself permission to rest
Guilt-free.
Day 18: Do a mini digital detox
1 hour of no phone — or longer if you want.
Day 19: Say one kind thing to yourself
Out loud. Yes, really.
Day 20: Connect with someone who feels safe
A message, a call, a voice note.
Day 21: Do a small act of kindness
For someone else or for you.
Day 22: Set a micro-goal
One tiny thing you can accomplish today.
Day 23: Practice gratitude
Find 3 ordinary things you appreciate.
Day 24: Do something nostalgic
Watch an old movie, listen to childhood music, revisit a tradition.
Day 25: Celebrate yourself
Reflect on the month, acknowledge your effort, and choose one self-care practice to continue into next month.
